This isn’t about reinventing the wheel — it’s about sharing a proven, time-tested method that works. The Starting Strength method is one of the fastest, most practical systems for building real strength, muscle, and confidence — using just the core barbell lifts: the squat, press, bench press, and deadlift. Over the next six weeks, you’ll follow a structured linear progression, adding small amounts of weight each workout. Those simple, consistent increases lead to rapid gains in strength and discipline — the kind of results that last. To begin, just watch the videos I’ve put right here on this website. They’ll show you exactly how to start, step by step. I’ll be here to provide coaching guidance, help you refine your form, keep you accountable, and make sure you’re progressing safely and effectively. Each week, we’ll do a Zoom call or meet in person for coaching feedback. I’ll either observe your lifts live and coach you on the spot, or review your recorded lifts and give you detailed notes. You’ll need to record your workouts from good angles so I can see your form clearly. You’ll also show me your training logbook — this is how we objectively track your progress and know you’re getting stronger every week.
