Refund Policy
Overview
At Sam_the_Speaker, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching and resources to help you build real, lasting strength. Because our programs are digital, personalized, and immediately accessible, we maintain a strict but fair refund and cancellation policy.
Coaching and Digital Programs
All purchases for coaching services, digital downloads, and training programs (including the 6 Weeks to Strength program) are final and non-refundable once access or delivery has been granted.
This policy ensures fairness and protects the integrity of the coaching process, which begins immediately upon enrollment.
Rescheduling or Postponement
If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by emailing sam.speaker.1775@gmail.com.

Sessions canceled or missed without notice may be forfeited.

In some cases, rescheduling may be allowed at the coach’s discretion.
Subscription or Payment Plans
If your program includes a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments as outlined at checkout. Failure to make payments may result in suspension of access to the program or coaching services until the balance is paid.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

Duplicate payment or technical error during checkout.

A verified billing mistake on our end.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to sam.speaker.1775@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Cancellations by Sam_the_Speaker
In the rare event that a program or session must be canceled by the coach due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified promptly and offered either:

A rescheduled session, or

A full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
